Cancellation Process

  3. Confirmation: SMS/Email with refund details
  4. Refund: Processed to original payment method in 5-7 days

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Full amount minus payment gateway charges (2%)
  • COD Orders: Converted to prepaid refund
